2. Description of Service
SoloAnalyst provides AI-powered investment due diligence reports generated from publicly available information. Our platform analyzes company websites, funding data, and other public sources to provide investment screening insights.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful investment due diligence purposes
- Not use the service to make securities fraud or insider trading decisions
- Not reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our analysis methodology
- Provide accurate information when using the service
- Comply with all applicable securities laws and regulations
4. Subscription and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. The Pro Plan at $29/month provides 20 report credits. Unused credits may rollover for up to 60 days. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
5. Disclaimer of Investment Advice
SoloAnalyst reports are for informational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, securities recommendations, or financial counsel. The AI-generated analysis should not be the sole basis for any investment decision. Always consult qualified financial advisors before making investment decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloAnalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Intellectual Property
The SoloAnalyst platform, reports, and methodology are proprietary property. You receive a limited license to use outputs for your internal investment analysis. Reproduction or commercial redistribution of generated reports is prohibited.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
